Gaia training and development offers a braod range of complimentary therapies and relaxation techniques to aid the mind, the body and the soul.  These include energy therapy techniques such as  Reiki, EFT, and Theta DNA Healing to overcome phobias, aid healing and to clear past-life issues.  We also offer Swedish massage and Indian Head massage to help the circulation, aid relaxation and help the healing process in the body.  Personal and group meditation tuition is available to aid relaxation and re-establishing the connection with your inner-self and thus improving your insight and intuition.  This can be expanded into a "Life Guidance" for anyone interested in progressing further into the Spiritual Development, and opening up their psychic centres.  Through the "Life Guidance" sessions, Shar can offer help, support and advice for anyone who has or suspects they have had a Kundalini rising.

We can offer appointments from treatment rooms in Billingham or offer a mobile service where we can come to your home, if that is more convenient. 

Gaia Training and Development will also offer a range of specialist tuition, retreats and seminars for people interested in spiritual advancement, but these are in the process of being finalised at present.
